At least 69 dead in earthquake in the Philippines

At least 69 people have died as a result of the 6.9 magnitude earthquake that struck the Philippines on Tuesday afternoon, triggering a tsunami warning. The quake struck the Central Visayas region in the center of the country and sank several buildings.
