27 Spaniards dead, 11 located and 137 missing in Venezuelan earthquakes

The Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs has updated the victim count from last week's earthquakes in Venezuela: 27 bodies have been recovered, efforts are underway to rescue 11 people located in the rubble, and there are 137 missing.
