Treasury leaves for 2028 the obligation to use the new invoice system for SMEs and the self-employed

The Tax Agency has decided to postpone once again the implementation of the Verifactu system until the entry into force of the electronic invoice for all citizens who have to pay taxes, that is, until October 2028, as can be deduced from a note published by the Ministry of Finance.
