The house is located on the seafront, on Almadrava beach, and has a main construction, a guest house, and the old service house. In addition to a garage, it has a construction next to the sea as a nautical garage. The sale price is 22 million euros, not including taxes and expenses associated with the sale and purchase.
Despite the high price of this property, there is no house from Catalonia among the most expensive ones for sale in Spain on the portal. The Balearic Islands and the coast of Malaga share the top five places for the most expensive homes for sale in Spain.
The most expensive mansion in Spain
The first place on the podium is occupied by a mansion in Marbella, in the heart of the Golden Mile, which is for sale for 70 million euros. It is Villa Bellagio, a palace with all kinds of luxuries, such as a gym, sauna, swimming pool, bowling alley, bar, and cinema room. It is built on a plot of 14,000 square meters and has thirteen bedrooms.
The second place on the podium is for a luxury villa in Pollença that has eleven bedrooms and access to the sea. It is for sale for 46 million euros. The third place is occupied by a designer villa in Palma, next to the sea, with seven bedrooms, two swimming pools, and a rooftop jacuzzi, in addition to an outdoor cinema screening space. It is for sale for 39.5 million euros.
