The Catalan company Girbau buys the German company Fintec

The Catalan company Girbau, a global benchmark in the industrial laundry sector based in Vic, has reached an agreement to acquire 100% of the German company Fintec Textilpflegesysteme GmbH, a firm in its industrial segment. The acquisition, as reported by Girbau, will be effective on January 1, 2027.
