Iberdrola buys 80% of Finland's main electricity distributor for €2.014 billion

Iberdrola lands in the Finnish market with a multi-million euro operation. The energy company has announced an agreement to acquire 80% of Caruna, the country's main electricity distributor, for 2,014 million euros. The remaining 20% will remain in the hands of pension funds AMF and Elo.
