De Guindos opines that the State should exit the shareholding of CaixaBank

The until now vice-president of the European Central Bank (ECB), Luis de Guindos, opines that the State should exit from CaixaBank's shareholding, an entity where it controls 18.1% of the capital through the Orderly Bank Restructuring Fund (FROB).
