The relationship between Dua Lipa and Turner was confirmed in early 2024, when Page Sixpublished a photo report in which the couple was seen in a romantic attitude after dining at the Sushi Park restaurant in West Hollywood. Dua Lipa, born in 1995 in London, debuted as a singer in 2016 and has since released two more albums, Future Nostalgia (2020) and Radical Optimism (2024). Among her best-known songs are Be the One, Physical, Levitating and HoudiniFantastic Beasts: The Crimes of GrindelwaldFantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald (2018) and Eternity (2025) and for series such as The Capture (2019) and Masters of the Air (2024). He is also one of the names being strongly considered as a candidate to be the new cinematic James Bond.
Two and a half years after starting their relationship, Dua Lipa and Turner – who lived for a few months in Barcelona in 2024, during the filming of Rosebush Pruning—have married at the Marylebone civil registry in London, one of the favorite places for local celebrities like Paul McCartney and Liam Gallagher, who have formalized their commitments there on two occasions. This Sunday at noon, the singer chose an elegant white Schiaparelli dress that recalled the jacket dress worn by Bianca Jagger when she married Mick Jagger in 1971.
The intimate ceremony between Dua Lipa and Callum Turner is the prelude to the big party the couple is preparing for next week in Palermo. The Sicilian capital will host for three days, between June 5 and 7, a grand celebration at the luxury hotel Villa Igieia with a list of guests that, still to be confirmed, could include Harry Styles, Katy Perry, Adele, Elton John, Madonna, Rosalía and Pedro Almodóvar.
