British fund Pollen Street buys Servihabitat

The British fund Pollen Street reaches an agreement to buy the Spanish debt and real estate asset management platform Servihabitat. Through its companies Finsolutia and Hipoges, the company has agreed the acquisition with the American Lone Star.
