Banc Sabadell will allocate up to €331 million to a new share buyback program

Banc Sabadell begins this Monday a share buyback program of its own shares endowed with a maximum of 331 million euros. With this initiative, it intends to retain the shares to subsequently amortize them through a capital reduction, it has informed the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
