Barcelona activates its wind plan and keeps parks and gardens closed

Barcelona City Council activated its Municipal Action Plan for strong winds this Thursday morning, in accordance with the Ventcat Plan. Through Civil Protection, the council is keeping parks and gardens closed and urging residents to take extra precautions due to the forecast of strong winds.
