The universes of 'Star Wars' and 'Harry Potter' meet in Tarragona
The Palau Firal i de Congresos expects to attract around 10,000 fans of fantasy films.
TarragonaFans of fantasy and science fiction films have a date at the Palau Firal i de Congresos in Tarragona on March 21 and 22, 2026. There will be cosplayers Characters dressed as figures from galactic sagas and other fantasy series and films will stroll through the venue and take photos with attendees. There will also be sets recreating scenes from movies to transform the event into a truly immersive and impactful experience.
The meeting, which was presented in Tarragona amidst lasers, stormtroopers and predatorsIt is organized by the Starraco Unlimited Association and promoted by the Tarragona Municipal Economic Development Company (EMDET). The president of this organization, Montse Adan, emphasized that "this event will have a significant impact on the city's economy" and encouraged citizens to attend, as "Starraco Infinity revolutionizes what has been done so far in Tarragona in the world of science fiction and fantasy" and creates a gateway to a new direction.
Tickets go on sale this December 19th through the platform Registrations.tarragona.catThis coincides with the Christmas season. The price for adults is 14 euros, while junior tickets (for ages 8 to 16) cost 9 euros, and children under 8 enter free.
Inside the venue there will be exhibitions, workshops for children, space for gamers and play area Arcadianspectacular cosplayers Characters from various sagas, contests, and games will be featured, as Adan points out. The president of the Starraco Unlimited Association will be in charge of the event's artistic direction and will bring valuable content for the more specialized audience. In addition to activities for children, contests, raffles, video games, shops, and a food court to maximize the time spent inside the venue, Carrasco assured that there are still other surprises to be announced: "There are things we'll be revealing soon that we're sure will delight the fandom more demanding."
