They expel from the State an ex-prisoner of Guantanamo who had been imprisoned for 11 years for recruiting jihadists

The National Police have expelled Lahecen Ikassrien to Morocco, a 59-year-old jihadist who was imprisoned in Guantanamo after joining Al-Qaeda in Afghanistan. He has served 11 years in prison in Spain for recruiting terrorists in Madrid and has now been returned to his country of origin.
