The Court dismisses the participation of the Careta family as popular prosecution in the Jubany case

The Barcelona Court has dismissed the participation of the Careta family as a private prosecution in the case against Santi Laiglesia for the murder of Helena Jubany. Montse Careta was Laiglesia's partner and was already investigated. In fact, she committed suicide in prison while claiming her innocence.
