Social entities demand that empty flats be allocated to social housing

The federation of Catalan Entities for Social Action (ECAS) claims that SAREB's housing should be allocated to social and inclusive housing and that the mapping and search for vacant flats should be promoted. In addition, the federation calls for an anti-racist perspective to combat the "permeabilization" of hate speech.
