A pair of cybercriminals have been arrested in Barcelona for a scam involving 431 mobile phones.

The National Police have arrested two cybercriminals in Barcelona who were scamming people with fraudulent SMS messages. The pair forged documents and illegally registered 431 mobile phone lines, from which they sent more than 790,000 messages to an undetermined number of randomly selected victims.
