The High Court of Galicia (TSJG) has acquitted one of the men convicted of being an accomplice in the homophobic crime against Samuel Luiz. The high court upheld Alejandro Míguez's appeal and ruled that there was a "lack of direct evidence" that Míguez was an accomplice in the murder.
