A new Kanpai operation by the Mossos d'Esquadra (Catalan police) at a bar in Blanes has resulted in four arrests, including the owner, for crimes against public health and belonging to a criminal group. The owner was also arrested for violating workers' rights, as he was employing staff without contracts.
