Migrant arrivals in the Canary Islands are almost half of what they were a year ago and are increasing in the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands

Up to 15 February this year, 43.3% fewer migrants had arrived in the Canary Islands than at the same time last year. Meanwhile, arrivals to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, which are recorded together in the statistics of the Ministry of the Interior, have increased by 0.6%.
