Two witnesses invoke the right not to testify at the Pujol trial

For the first time, two witnesses have exercised their right not to testify during the trial of the Pujol Ferrusola family. The first was Ramon Gironès Riera, the brother of Mercè Gironès, the ex-wife of Jordi Pujol Ferrusola, who is accused and for whom the Public Prosecutor's Office is seeking 17 years in prison.
