The TSJC grants amnesty to three pro-independence activists accused of assaulting members of Jusapol in 2018

The High Court of Justice of Catalonia (TSJC) has granted amnesty to three pro-independence protesters accused of assaulting members of the Jusapol police union in 2018. The court overturned the decision of the Barcelona Provincial Court, which had refused to grant them amnesty because it considered the law did not apply to them.
