Nine years after the 1-O of 2017, next Wednesday a shotgunner, an inspector and two sub-inspectors of the National Police will sit in the dock for the rubber bullet shot that mutilated Roger Español, who lost the vision in his right eye. They are the only agents who have not been amnestied.
