The parliamentary spokesperson for the PP, Ester Muñoz, rejects that the Spanish government makes distinctions regarding the treatment of migrant boys and girls in Ceuta: "No differences should be made, the special vulnerability that girls have, they also have, who also receive sexual assaults".
