The judge suspends Errejón's appearance until it is verified whether Mouliaá continues to accuse him.

Judge Adolfo Carretero has decided to suspend Íñigo Errejón's scheduled court appearance today to formally notify him that he is being sent to trial for the alleged sexual abuse of Elisa Mouliaá. He is doing so for reasons of legal certainty until he can verify whether the actress reaffirms her decision not to press charges against the former member of parliament.
