The government has finally withdrawn the decree on electricity supply from the agenda of the Parliamentary plenary session due to a lack of support. The regional minister for Territory, Sílvia Paneque, who yesterday stated that she would not withdraw this item from the plenary session, has now justified it by trying to reach a "consensus."
