Koldo García makes a final attempt to avoid the mask trial

In a week's time, the trial in the Supreme Court against José Luis Ábalos and Koldo García will begin for the alleged illegal commissions in the purchase of sanitary material during the pandemic. The former advisor to the Minister of Transport has made a last attempt to avoid it via the Constitutional Court.
