A Barcelona judge is investigating the former director of the Meteorological Service of Catalonia, Oriol Puig, brother of the former CDC minister Felip Puig, following a complaint from the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office accusing him of promoting a cartel of companies to share the awarding of radars.
