I'm reading a news item on ARA that interests me so much, about the most expensive house in Catalonia: a villa in Roses "with 1,202 square meters built and 970 square meters of usable space, distributed in eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, in perfect condition of preservation". It is the "most expensive house for sale in Catalonia on the Idealista portal": it costs 22 million. It has a guest house, the old servants' quarters, a garage for cars and a garage for a boat. From the photos, I would say that any bathroom is the size of your dining room, and the dining room is the size of your entire apartment.
However, in such an expensive house, one question surprises you. Look closely at the photo. What a beautiful pool, listen, and what well-kept plants... And in this whole complex of 22 million, what are two air conditioning units doing there in the middle of the elegant garden stairs? Let the poor people put their air conditioning unit on the balcony, look. Let your neighbor put the unit right by the window where you sleep, look. Let the bar owner put an empty water bottle in the mouth of the tube that expels the air conditioning, look. But that these people, who are selling a house for 22 million, haven't found a better place to put the air conditioning units than the exterior stairs next to the pool, it can't be. Wasn't there a better place in any of the 970 square meters? We need to know who the decorator was.
