The Barcelona Provincial Council debates about how local public communication should be

The Barcelona Provincial Council brought together this Wednesday more than 260 local communication professionals from the Barcelona area, within the framework of the fourth Municipal Communication Conference. The objective was to debate the challenges of the sector and, above all, to share innovative experiences.
