Skydance will be the name of the merger between Warner Bros and Paramount

Warner Bros and Paramount have merged to create a new audiovisual giant that will adopt the name Skydance. The operation has received approval from all regulators after Paramount reached an agreement with the States that had taken the purchase to court.
