Three dead in a Ukrainian attack on the Rostov-on-Don region of Russia

A Ukrainian drone attack on the southern Russian region of Rostov-on-Don has left at least three dead and caused a fire on an oil tanker and damage to a building. Two of the victims were reportedly crew members of the tanker, according to local governor Yuri Slusar.
