At least four dead in plane crash in Algeria

At least four people have died after a civil protection surveillance plane crashed at Jijel Ferhat Abbas Airport in the city of Taher, northern Algeria. According to Algerian media reports Tuesday, the accident occurred during a training mission at the airport.
