EU states agree on the bases of the new CAP, with funding still to be decided

The European Union's Agriculture ministers have agreed this Tuesday on their negotiating position to address the talks that must define the future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for the 2028-2034 period, while waiting for the budgetary allocation to be decided.
