The CNMC approves Bondalti's purchase of Ercros with commitments

The National Commission for Markets and Competition (CNMC) authorized, in a second phase and with commitments, that the Portuguese company Bondalti acquire total control of Ercros through an unsolicited public takeover bid (OPA), as reported this Thursday.
