Telefónica will pay 102 million compensation for the case of the purchase of Cesky Telecom in the Czech Republic

The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic has dismissed Telefónica's appeal, by which it sought to avoid the payment of 35 million euros plus interest to two shareholders of the former Cesky Telecom for the purchase of the Czech company in 2005, bringing the total sum to 102 million.
