RTV will invest 29 million euros in two new promotions next to the Forum

BarcelonaThe real estate sector continues to focus on the first ring of Barcelona as an escape valve for the capital's lack of land. RTV Grupo Inmobiliario has announced an approximate investment of 29 million euros for the development of two new residential projects in Sant Adrià de Besòs. The operation, which has been closed with the acquisition of two strategic plots, foresees the construction of 77 units that will transform the Forum area and the La Catalana neighborhood.

The group's strategy consists of betting on areas with high potential for urban transformation. In this regard, the new projects will add a total of 9,700 m² of buildable area. The bulk of the promotion will be for primary residences, with 2 and 3-bedroom homes designed by the MOA (Moliners Office Architects) studio with an approach that prioritizes functionality and current market demand.

This intervention will be carried out over a time horizon of 36 months, an estimated period to complete works that will consolidate the residential supply of the area. According to the company, the promotion located around the Forum will be the largest with 42 homes, 6 lofts, and a commercial space distributed in two blocks of 26 and 16 homes. For its part, the La Catalana project will consist of 27 homes and a commercial space in a building with a ground floor plus six upper floors.

A metropolitan attraction hub

The main appeal of the project lies in its connectivity and in the plan for the transformation of the environment. To the proximity of the Fòrum beach and Diagonal Mar, the impulse of the Tres Xemeneies sector is added, called to become a reference technological and economic node. From the company, they emphasize that the area is establishing itself as one of the new metropolitan centralities thanks to its combination of green areas, access to the sea, and a connection to the center of Barcelona in less than 25 minutes.
