The company joins BME Scaleup, the index for expanding or high-growth companies.scaleupsThe goal of the digital travel agency, which is entering the market with a valuation of €16 million at €3.14 per share, is to accelerate its international expansion, especially in Latin America. It will also strengthen its investments in technology. The Barcelona-based company was founded in 2012 and specializes in long-haul travel and personalized experiences. Among its shareholders is Suma Capital, with 33% of the capital. This transaction facilitates the exit of the fund that invested in the company. Since its inception, the agency, created and led by Arvin Abarca, has experienced sustained growth and diversified its portfolio into Asia, Africa, and the Americas. This year, it opened an office in Bogotá, Colombia. Its revenue in 2023 was €17 million, with a profit of nearly €1 million. Currently, the agency offers more than 70 destinations and 400 customizable itineraries, geared towards clients with medium to high purchasing power.
