Consum investigates a bus company for raising ticket prices during purchase

The Ministry of Consumer Affairs has opened a case against a bus company, accusing it of deceptive pricing practices and unfair contract terms. The fine could reach one million euros, or eight times the profit obtained. As is customary, it will not disclose which company it is until the sanction is final.
