Colonial expects to earn 344 million in 2025 and announces its entry into the German market

Colonial closed the 2025 financial year with a net profit of 344 million euros, an increase of 12% compared to 2024. Recurring net profit stood at 211 million, while rental income grew by 6%, reaching 399 million.
