Alibaba will place 10 billion dollars in shares to finance AI

Alibaba is undertaking a project to place new shares on the Hong Kong stock exchange to fund AI. The e-commerce giant turned technology titan announced this Sunday that it will sell securities worth 80 billion Hong Kong dollars, about 10 billion US dollars.
