The Antoni Vila Casas Private Foundation has dismissed its general director, Joan Torras. According to ARA, the decision was made by the board of trustees due to strategic differences. His position is being filled on an interim basis by Montserrat Viladomiu, the daughter of the businessman's widow and patron.
