The court rejects Iberdrola's lawsuit against Repsol for "greenwashing"

The legal battle between Iberdrola and Repsol has come to an end. Commercial Court No. 2 of Santander has dismissed Iberdrola's claim against Repsol for "greenwashing". The judge does not consider that a crime of unfair competition is constituted through its communications and campaigns.
