Pere Miró receives the sports merit medal of Barcelona

The Barcelona City Council has awarded the Gold Medal for Sporting Merit to Pere Miró. A city sports councilor, he was part of the organizing committee for the 1992 Games. Later, he served as director of relations with national Olympic committees and deputy director of the International Olympic Committee.
