Modular construction designed for a sustainable world
Losberger De Boer bases its proposal on the circular economy, focusing on reusable structures and industrialized manufacturing processes that significantly reduce construction waste.

In a time of climate urgency, rethinking how we build is as important as redefining what we build. The construction sector, responsible for a high percentage of global CO2 emissions,2 and waste generation, is facing a turning point. In this context, Losberger De Boer has developed a modular construction model that prioritizes real, measurable, and adaptable sustainability for each client. They significantly reduce construction waste. In fact, more than 90% of their modules are recyclable or reusable. This allows their clients to assemble, disassemble, and reuse the structures at different events, fairs, warehouses, or corporate spaces without loss of quality. Logistics. Losberger De Boer, a company that offers sustainable and innovative space solutions, prioritizes the use of rail transport to reduce emissions and designs components for quick, clean assembly with low environmental impact.
Efficiency, aesthetics, and low environmental impact: the three strategic axes
Losberger De Boer also works with sectors where sustainability is a priority, such as sports, culture, and business. Projects such as the Louis Vuitton 37th America's Cup or the installation of sports halls for local communities demonstrate how temporary infrastructure can combine efficiency, aesthetics, and low environmental impact.
The company's sustained work has been externally recognized: Losberger De Boer has once again obtained, in 2025, the Ecovadis gold medal, thus positioning itself among the top 2% of companies in its sector in environmental, social, ethical and responsible purchasing criteria. An independent endorsement that reinforces the group's commitments is to operate with 100% renewable energy in its key areas, minimize single-use plastics, renew the fleet towards low emissions by 2025, move towards carbon neutrality by 2030 and promote initiatives such as Solar4Rental to integrate solar energy. All of this, supported by the ISO 14001 environmental management certification.
Regarding the Louis Vuitton 37th America's Cup project, Losberger De Boer erected a three-story modular hospitality structure in the Port of Barcelona, with a capacity to accommodate guests, teams and partners in the racing areas. The structure was designed for rapid assembly and disassembly, with reusable components and efficient HVAC and lighting solutions. This project has been recognized with a gold medal at the 2025 EMPORIA Awards for Ephemeral Architecture.
More responsible construction
Beyond major events, Losberger De Boer applies the same principles to industrial, sports, and community projects throughout Spain: temporary spaces that can grow, relocate, or transform without starting from scratch. All with the aim of helping clients reduce their footprint and costs over time.
For the company, sustainability is not a label but the way each structure is conceived. With fast, flexible, and circular solutions, Losberger De Boer helps organizations and territories move toward more responsible construction.
This is how Losberger De Boer asserts its role not only as a provider of modular solutions, but also as a player committed to global sustainability goals, actively contributing to a transition toward more conscious, circular, and resilient construction.
