The Spanish government proposes to unions to reduce the ratio to 25 students per group in secondary education.

The Spanish government has proposed to unions that the class size ratio be reduced to a maximum of 25 students in compulsory secondary education, which in Catalonia is currently around 30 students per group. The Ministry of Education communicated this to the education unions during a meeting to discuss the Teachers' Statute.
