The Government opens 522 cases against electricity companies since 2025 for risk of forest fires

The Generalitat de Catalunya has opened a total of 522 sanctioning proceedings against electricity companies since the beginning of 2025 for failing to comply with forest fire prevention regulations, as reported by Efe.
