The first Pitiusas lizard babies are born at the Barcelona Zoo.

On June 25, the first Pitiusas lizard babies were born at the Barcelona Zoo. These babies were born from the three lizard populations established at the zoo in May, consisting of seventeen specimens from Ibiza and Formentera. A total of twelve were born.
