The Federation of Neighbourhood Associations criticizes that Barcelona boasts of being a cycling capital with the Tour

The FAVB criticizes that the city “is dressing up as the capital of cycling” with the Grand Départ of the Tour de France, this Saturday, in one of the legislatures “the poorest in recent years in terms of growth of cycle lanes and consolidation of daily sustainable mobility”, it assures in a statement.
