The complaint regarding irregular hiring practices at Mataró City Council has been dismissed.

The Mataró Court of Instruction number 5 has ordered the provisional dismissal of the complaint for alleged malfeasance and falsification of documents involving 10 current and former employees of the City Council. The case originated from a complaint filed in 2013 by an employee at the Anti-Fraud Office (OAC).
