The City Council gives the final push to the new emergency center of the Paral·lel

The Urban Planning Commission gave the green light this Tuesday to the final approval of the executive project for the new Barcelona Operational Emergency Coordination Center (Cecor). The building—which the city council wants to have available by the end of 2028—will be built at the Tres Xemeneies on Paral·lel.
